1/24/08 PRAISE REPORT FROM YVONNE!
God Has cured my son! And it was all done through the wonderful prayers that each and everyone
of you has said! The tumor is gone, of course we will have five years of checkups, but my son is cured
and I am so thankful. I believe that when God cures, he does it completely and not half way and this
will never return. The power of love and prayer that has been shown has been answered. Thank you so,
so much for supporting us and one more thing....Say one more prayer of thanks to God for answering our
prayers. I love you all and I am always here for you too! Yvonne (1/10/08)

NOTE: This post and the two previous posts are from Yvonne Cooper and her son is
Luigi. She has given the okay to give her and her son's names on this site
so we can pray for them by name! More updates will be forthcoming.
Dear Friends,
GOD IS
GOOD! This has been a week of ups and downs. Today my son had to
have a bone marrow test and it was painful for him, since they could not put
him under. The tumor that is below the lymph nodes is pushing the trachea
and therefore it could have been very complicated for him to breath.
The good news is that the Dr did not see anything bad in the bone marrow.
Of course he had to send a piece to the pathologist to double check, but he
said that the first part showed nothing. Also, he will start on chemo on
Monday, it will be a three day cycle one week; then one day the next week,
off one week and we begin the cycle again for four cycles. We need to pray
for that mass to reduce quickly or we will have to go to the radiation.
Also, his hemoglobin is at 7.8 if it goes below 7 we will do a blood
transfusion. If he gets a fever after he starts treatment he will go into
the hospital. However, the good news is that the treatment is only four to
six months; which was reduced from what we had been looking at 8 to 9
months. I am exhausted, so I think I'm rambling on, but please keep praying
so we can win this battle. I love you all, big big hug.

Thank you for your prayers, since I believe that strength comes in numbers. The
good news today is that my son is now staged at a level 2-B. In the CAT
scan it looks like it is only in the lymph nodes and the mass that shows up in
the chest area. The spleen is swollen but that could be from the
mono he had. Tomorrow we are doing the bone marrow test and the
cardiagram. Then we will proceed to start chemo. Please keep praying
that he gets cured and it is as painless as possible. I love you all for what
you are doing.

A classmate is requesting urgent prayers for her son. She writes "I need
your prayers now more than ever so that this disease has not spread in my son.
He has Cervical lymphoma hodgkins level 3-B. Everything is happening so fast, I
will get a second opinion on Monday and then we check into the hospital on
Tuesday to run other test and then start treatment. I am praying for a miracle
and I ask that you please do the same. I will try to keep you posted but I will
be with him every step of the way and I know that I will not have access to a
computer for some time. He does not know yet so please keep this discreet, he
knows he needs a treatment for whatever is bad in his system. He feels good,
looks good and is very optimistic. I need to keep this fighting spirit in him
so he won't give up. Please don't give up on us. I love you all!
